Oatmeal muffins (Oct 15, 2025)

These are plain muffins that I have baked. I made the decision not to add anything else; as was my habit in the previous month - before this project.

The following ingredients were used:

*1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
*3/4 of packed brown sugar
*1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
*1 teaspoon of baking soda
*1/2 teaspoon of salt
*300 ml of buttermilk
*80 ml of vegetable oil
*1 large egg
