## For the oatmeal based muffins##
Ingredients (courtesy of Gemini AI):
* 1 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
* 3/4 cup of brown sugar
* 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
* 1 teaspoon of baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1 and 1/2 cups of rolled oats

## For non oatmeal muffins ##

* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1 large egg
* 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
* 1 cup of almond milk
* 1 cup of topped ingredients (whether they be blueberries, almonds, chocolate chips, etc. All with some flour tossed on top of them).
All dry ingredients were whisked in one bowel.
All wet ingredients were whisked in a separate bowel.
All ingredients were mixed in the same bowel as the dry ingredients.
All toppings (if applicable) were gently folded into the mix.
All muffins were spooned onto large paper muffin cups.
All muffins were baked in an oven at 400 degrees F for 23 minutes total.
